The Role

We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join our rapidly growing scale-up agency focused in the Salesforce space. We are certified Salesforce CRM platform specialists, we build marketing, sales, customer service and analytics solutions for media, retail, fintech and telco businesses. In this role, you will be reporting to the founder of the business. You will plan, implement and optimise our digital presence with targeted B2B campaigns to generate and convert leads across our target audience. You must be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels, be open, transparent and relentless in driving additional business value.

  • Lead generation: You will increase leads through 3rd party providers and lead generation automation tools to maximise our reach and conversion. Manage and track lead campaigns in Salesforce.
  • Content Marketing: You will build out the content calendar, generate creative ideas, engage in social listening to understand breaking industry news/trends, define hashtags, develop and schedule content daily, monitor and continuously optimize to grow followership and engagement over Email, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
  • Sales collateral: You will implement and manage sales content library, case studies, generate relevant industry and product-specific collateral, and build customer proposal presentations
  • Campaign ideation, delivery and optimisation: You will implement, measure and A/B test structured multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns and programs across a variety of market segments and target audiences. To include but not limited to: direct mail, newsletters, video, blogs, white papers, ebooks, webinars, paid and earned media, virtual and live prospect, partner and customer events
  • Website: You will be responsible for the company website and updates including content and landing pages. You will optimize for search engines and improve user experience through collaboration with freelance designers and copywriters
  • Reporting and insight: You will measure, analyse and interpret customer and stakeholder behaviour across all sales and marketing platforms (ie. Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Salesforce), apply findings to improve and enhance engagement, service and product offerings. Deliver a weekly report with insights and recommended actions to management



Knowledge and experience required

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering a wide range of B2B campaigns
  • Demonstrable understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Media and Retail industry experience is beneficial
  • Hands-on experience designing and building B2B marketing plans and tailoring message to the target audience for B2B and B2C, experienced with social media
  • Experience working with CRM lead, opportunity pipeline and campaign tools (ie. Sales Cloud, Pardot)
  • Excellent communication, presentation and receptive listening skills, both verbal and written
  • An analytic mind, detail and results-oriented self-starter who makes things happen in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a logical, analytical thinker, committed to constant upskilling
  • Experience working with CMS tools, WordPress is preferable
  • Experience working with lead generation tools (ie. LinkedIn, Sprout Social, Email, AdWords) and web analytics tools (ie. Google Analytics)
  • Experienced with the Google and Office 365 suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Extremely organised (ie. Google Drive, Salesforce CRM and assets creation)
  • Ability to analyse data and make recommendations that make measurable improvements
  • Pro-active and curious to learn and make recommendations

  • Ability to multitask, commit and meet deadlines per outlined processes
