We would like to welcome a brand new member to our team – Charni Wiggins. Charni is our new Salesforce Administrator! With a wealth of Salesforce experience, Charni brings a varied skillset to the team. 

We caught up with Charni to learn about her passions, her experience and her hobbies.

Hey Charni, so tell us a little bit about yourself!

Hey, I’m Charni! Based in Bethnal green, originally from Southend-on-Sea. I moved to the Salesforce space from a web-dev background 5 years ago. I’d probably describe myself as a bit of a geek, which I believe makes Salesforce a very suited fit.

What is your experience as a Salesforce Administrator?

I have been working for Salesforce end-users the last 5 years as a salesforce admin, largely in the public sector and focused on Sales Cloud. Since 2017, I have mainly supported companies in their GDPR adoption with their Salesforce implementation.

What attracted you to working in Salesforce?

Salesforce is very accessible to someone who wants/needs to learn it, a serious contender to the expensive university career path. My jump into the Salesforce world was an accident from a web-dev apprenticeship, but I would not look back now.

What interested you most about Trigg Digital?

It was time to make the leap from the end-user world and join a consultancy to ‘iron’ out my Salesforce skillset. Trigg also from the start made me feel welcome and part of the team, it feels like the right place to be.

Finally, what do you like doing in your spare time?

If I am not cooking, spending time with my plants or trying to knit, I’ll be under the needle working on my Japanese tattoo collection.
