Hey Deepika, so tell us a little bit about yourself! 

Hi All, I am Deepika Kalyani. I have exclusive experience in the Salesforce environment of around 4 years. So far I have worked in Non Profit organisations and Financial and Event management companies.

Completed my Salesforce Administration certification along with Trailhead badges and earned 40,000 points and 40 no. badges. Completed Salesforce Service Cloud Super badge on Trailhead.

Currently working on Salesforce Sales Consultant and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification in coming months.

My future ambition is to be Salesforce Consultant/ Business Analyst.

What is your experience as a Junior Salesforce Consultant?

As a Junior Salesforce Consultant I have worked with the Stakeholders for taking the requirement gathering, taking on the workshops and conducting Training to the end users and giving the Presentations.

What attracted you to working in Salesforce?

I love Working in Salesforce which has many every day. It’s a new day as it has new challenges and you get to explore new domains and learn about it.

What interested you most about Trigg Digital?

The name is quite intriguing:) I am always curious about new technology and ready to help. Love to interact with all the expertise and share the knowledge.

Finally, what do you like doing in your spare time?

Other than Salesforce I am a creative person with a twist. I love to Paint on Canvas and do Lifestyle blogging. As well play board games and meet new people and get to know them. My motto of life is Live and let others live and love your life.
