We are excited to welcome a new member of our team, Layla Ness, as a Salesforce Consultant. Layla has a wealth of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem from administration to change management to consultancy. She has also worked in-house and as a consultant in industries varying from media all the way to aviation. With this proven track record in both salesforce products and industry verticals she is an exciting addition to our team.

I caught up with Layla to learn about her passions, her experience and her hobbies.

Hey Layla, so tell us a little bit about yourself!

I’ve been working in technology for a number of years across both CRM and Service Management. I’m very process and detail oriented and enjoy working with businesses and translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable solutions.

What is your experience as a Salesforce Consultant?

I’ve worked in the Salesforce ecosystem for over 8 years. I have worked in in-house roles including Administrator, BA and Change Manager, as well as working with Salesforce Consulting Partners across a wide range of projects in both commercial and education sectors implementing Sales, Service and Experience (Community) Clouds. I have worked in a number of different verticals including media, software, telco and aviation.

What attracted you to working with Salesforce?

Prior to working with Salesforce I was responsible for rolling out Service Now to WPP Media Agencies across the UK. I really liked having the ability to configure workflows in Service Now without having to code and Salesforce seemed like a natural progression. I loved being able to automate business processes (even though this was back in the days before we even had process builder!)

What interested you most about Trigg Digital?

I admired Trigg’s focus on their consultants being an extension of the in-house team. I think it’s important to build relationships and work as one team in order to contribute to the long term success of the client’s business.

Finally, what do you like doing in your spare time?

In my spare time you will usually find me on my yoga mat, at the beach or out for long walks with my dog. I’m also a keen reader and enjoy curling up with a good book. I’m also known for making an awesome pumpkin pie!

Thanks Layla!
