We would like to welcome a brand new member to our team – Nick Cushion, our new Salesforce Administrator! With just over 5 years experience as an end-user admin, and a love for Salesforce as a whole, we are super excited to have Adam on board!

We caught up with Nick to learn about his passions, his experience and his hobbies.

Hey Nick, so tell us a little bit about yourself!

Hi, I’m Nick, I’ve been with Trigg for about a week and half now and I’ve been working with Salesforce for just over 5 years. I’m a Dad to two boys and a grumpy cat that loves to lay right behind my chair and shout at me while I’m working.

What is your experience as a Salesforce Administrator?

My experience comes from being an end-user admin for 5 years which involved maintaining the system on a daily basis for advisors and working alongside various teams on different scale Business Improvement projects. I specialised in taking legacy workstreams and moving them into Salesforce.

What attracted you to working in Salesforce?

I accidentally stumbled into working with Salesforce. I was selected to be the lead UAT test on a project that was using Salesforce and immediately fell in love with it as a system. The thing I love the most about Salesforce is that no matter how much I think I know, there is always so much more to learn!

What interested you most about Trigg Digital?

As soon as I heard about Trigg I knew I wanted to be a part of the family. Everyone I spoke to before I started was incredibly welcoming and happy to answer any questions I had. In the time I’ve been here I’ve already learned so much and I’m only just getting started.

Finally, what do you like doing in your spare time?

I’ve always been a die-hard gamer and I have a YouTube channel that I run in my spare time focussed on smaller Indie Games.

Thanks Nick!
