We would like to welcome a brand new member to our team – Claudia Molnar. Claudia is our new HR & Operations Manager who specialises in early stage tech start ups. After beginning her career as a direct result of her networking skills, Claudia found a love for HR and hasn’t looked back since! 

We caught up with Claudia to learn about her passions, her experience and her hobbies.

Hey Claudia, so tell us a little bit about yourself!

Hello, I’m Claudia! I am originally from Hungary, however, I’ve been living in London for more than 5 years now. Before I moved to London, I lived in Gibraltar for three years. I am a very friendly person and I like to think that I can get along with anyone – which comes in handy in my role!

What is your experience as a HR & Operations Manager?

I am a true self starter, as I started off my career as a waitress and due to my networking skills, I quickly managed to secure an executive assistant role with a Hedge Fund. From there, I progressed my career to work in an office manager role, where I took the opportunity to gain some exposure to HR. This naturally led me into a HR manager role. Since then, I have specialised in working with early stage tech startups, helping them establish and implement their HR departments from scratch, along with processes and integrated software. A large part of my role is not only bringing in the best talent, but also helping them achieve their career goals via personal development plans and career mentoring.

What attracted you to working in HR and Operations?

I am a real people person who does not shy away from striking up a conversation with strangers anywhere I go, and therefore working in a people focussed role was a natural fit for me. One of the things I love about HR and Operations is that it is constantly growing and changing. From compliance with new laws and legislation, to technology changes and evolving employee expectations. It is never boring and always challenging but (almost!) always fun.

What interested you most about Trigg Digital?

To be perfectly honest with you, initially I liked the name and branding of the company. The role seemed like an excellent opportunity for me to further develop myself and use my expertise to do what I’m most passionate about, which is building HR and Operations departments from scratch.

Finally, what do you like doing in your spare time?

I am a very active person, which means I love to take advantage of what London has to offer. I recently signed up to F45, which is a high intensity training programme. I really like to improve my physical health which contributes to my mental health and wellbeing.  I also enjoy reading (and I definitely buy way too many books, much more than I have time to read!).
